Thomas’s London Day Schools are much-loved private schools in London, welcoming children aged 4 to 13. Nestled in four vibrant areas—Kensington, Battersea, Clapham, and Fulham—they provide a warm and nurturing space for young minds to thrive. In 2021, they expanded their vision by opening a senior school in Battersea, offering education for students up to 18 years old.
Thomas’s schools are proud to see their students soar to renowned secondary schools like Eton, Harrow, and Westminster, continuing their journey of success. Among their alumni are notable names like Prince George and Princess Charlotte, adding to the school’s cherished legacy.

Challenges and Threats Facing The School
The primary concern was unauthorised access to the site, particularly from members of the press, which occurred frequently due to the attendance of high profile children of senior British royalty.
I can genuinely say that in the past seven years, we have never encountered an issue with that from anyone working with us at GSS. This consistent reliability and professionalism truly reflect the high standards we uphold and the dedication of our team.
To address these challenges, GSS replaced the existing guards with more vigilant and attentive security personnel in the school. These new officers ensured that access control measures were robust and effective, minimising unauthorised entry while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor for legitimate visitors.
The project has run successfully for over seven years, supported by a collaborative and responsive client. The relationship between Thomas’s School and GSS has been characterised by mutual respect and effective communication, ensuring the smooth operation of security services.
