A one-day refresher course for frontline security officers who already hold an SIA Security Guarding badge and need to renew their licence.
This is a refreshment course for front-line security officers who already hold a SIA badge. We advise you to attend a top-up course 4 months prior to the expiration date of your SIA badge, especially in you are in continuous employment.
We highly recommend confirming and booking at least 2 weeks to secure your place.

Its a day course from 9 am to 5 pm.
Yes and you may need an additional day if you do not already hold a valid first aid certificate.
Yes, this course is designed for existing Security licence holders.
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your place.
You need to renew your SIA licence every 3 years.
Once your results are released, we will notify you.
Your qualification will then be added to your SIA online account. It is your responsibility to log in to the SIA portal and apply to renew your licence.
You can apply up to four months before your current licence expires. The SIA will provide instructions during the application process.
