Security Personnel (Ex-Gurkha)
Like our management team, most our officers are ex Gurkhas however that number is changing over the years. The ex-Gurkha security officer goes above and beyond the call of duty. They are protective, diligent, professional, focused and make balanced decision under pressure.
Their training acquired from the army where they are put through rigorous selection process as well as their experience throughout their army career make them one of the best security personnel.

Static Security Guard (SG license)
All our security officers must uphold a high standard on the job, as a static guard they will be meeting, greeting, and tracking all the visitors on site. They have to be observant, professional, reliable and committed to their role.
Good communication is a must as they need to work in teams and will be reporting into the team supervisor. Daily activities will include (but not limited to):
- Complete visitor logs
- Ensure site if fully secured
- Complete incident reports
- Ensure safety of site and assets
- Foot/Mobile patrols
Security Officer (DS license)
A Security Officer will most likely be the first point of contact for a business, so they need to possess good communication and observation skills, professionalism, familiarity with safety procedures and be highly alert to their surrounding and be able to respond accordingly.
Security Officer who holds DS license can work anywhere and in any security role except for Close Protection and CCTV Operator. Their daily activities could include (but not limited to):
- Security and safety of visitors
- Checking identification
- Crowd management
- Bags searches of visitors/customers
- Reporting incidents
- Undertake perimeter checks
- Mobile and foot patrols
- Work together as a team
- Use the equipment provided correctly


CCTV operator
CCTV Operators need to be highly skilled and acute awareness of their surroundings as they most likely will have eyes on multiple locations through surveillance.
They monitor CCTV screens, report incidents, and contact police or emergency services when necessary. Daily activities include (but not limited to):
- Monitoring the CCTV surveillance system
- Maintaining daily logs
- Shift report
Residential or Private Security Officer
Residential or Private Security Officer need to possess exceptional observation skills, ability to remain diligent and alert for long periods of time. Whether it’s a private property or residential family’s home they must be reliable, trustworthy, and professional.
Their daily activities include (but not limited to):
- Patrolling
- Exceptional understanding of the site
- Maintaining daily log
- Incident reports
- First response to any alarm triggers
- Routine checks of equipment
