Licence-linked CCTV training for candidates looking to work professionally in public space surveillance, business monitoring, retail environments and local authority control rooms.
This intensive training course will prepare you to work as a professional CCTV operator within the private security industry. This SIA-approved licence allows you to legally operate CCTV equipment to monitor public spaces, businesses, retail hubs, and local authority control rooms.
We highly recommend confirming and booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your place.
Note: A First Aid certificate is not currently a mandatory requirement for this specific course.

Private security principles, CCTV operator practices and practical use of CCTV systems.
3 full days, starting from 9 am.
Currently first aid certificate isn’t mandatory for this specific course.
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance to secure your place.
You need to renew your SIA licence every 3 years.
Once your results are released, we will notify you.
Your qualification will then be added to your SIA online account. It is your responsibility to log in to the SIA portal and apply for your licence.
The SIA will provide instructions during the application process.
